In the Human Geography minor you can explore challenges associated with the interdependence of our modern world and the fragility of the environment. You will be introduced to complex issues, including social justice, population growth, sustainable economic development, securitisation and community resilience, and equipped with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle these key issues.
The minor enables you to think geographically when exploring the intersectionality between society, the economy, politics and the places we live. You will develop skills in geographic methods and analyses for investigating the spatial processes embedded in all aspects of life.
