Intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Apply a positive psychology framework, contemporary knowledge, evidence-based practice and research to facilitate health, wellbeing & performance (sport, work and life).

Critically analyse and apply knowledge and skills of being able to work with individuals and groups to emerging issues that arise in wellbeing and performance settings.

Critically analyse, synthesise and evaluate current research, policy and/or practice to develop practical and innovative solutions to emerging issues within health, wellbeing and performance settings.
4.
Work independently and collaboratively in teams to achieve professional, ethical, sustainable, and innovative solutions to emerging issues within health, wellbeing and performance settings.
5.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills within a person-centred framework to foster positive relationships, engagement and connections with core stakeholders within health, wellbeing and performance settings.
