This course equips you with the knowledge and skills required for effective management and responsible leadership, with a particular emphasis in corporate governance and risk management. You'll explore a range of corporate governance and risk principles and their application within a quality management framework including elements of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, the role of boards and board meetings, ASX and listing, identification and management of risk and compliance frameworks.
You'll study with students from a diverse mix of academic backgrounds ranging from engineering, humanities and science, to management and business, in a way that facilitates dynamic multidisciplinary innovation and exchange of ideas.
