To qualify with the award of Graduate Diploma in Ergonomics Safety and Health, students must complete 120 credit points in total consisting of:120 credit points of core subjects

Course intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of both Ergonomics and OHS professional practice in a changing environment

Communicate effectively with a range of audiences, interpreting and conveying appropriate knowledge, skills and ideas using a variety of modes and media

Practise effectively and reflectively, both independently and as a member of a team in a multidisciplinary work environment

Research and analyse established and emerging theories and practices, solve complex problems, and generate new understandings and ideas, supporting a commitment to further learning

The Graduate Diploma of Ergonomics, Safety and Health is accredited by the Australian Occupational Health and Safety Accreditation Board (AOHSEAB). Professional registration may require an application to the professional body and may have additional or ongoing requirements beyond the completion of the degree. Graduates of the Graduate Diploma of Ergonomics, Safety and Health may apply for membership with the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS) and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia (HFESA).
