Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Critically analyse a range of perspectives on responsible leadership and evaluate their relevance in contemporary organisation settings.

Research and apply leadership frameworks to increase responsible leadership at multiple levels of the organisation.
3.
Critically reflect on your own and other leaders' strengths, constrains on behaviour, and areas for improvement with respect to responsible leadership.

Learning activities

Class content, experiential exercises, discussion, readings and assessments provide an opportunity for you to critically engage with theoretical and practical perspectives related to social responsibility and leadership throughout the organisation.
