The focus of this subject are the skills and knowledge required to manage information and communications technology projects. The subject takes a very practical approach by taking students from the project planning stage all the way to the project closure stage. It discusses a feasibility study, how to establish a project team, financial planning, project management tools (i.e. Gantt charts) and more conceptual topics.
Capstones provide students with a way of integrating and applying knowledge and skills gained throughout their course.
