Interpret population data and research to evaluate factors that contribute to sedentary behaviour and insufficient physical activity.

Evaluate the influence of individual differences on physical activity guidelines for people across the lifespan.

Critically assess ways in which the health care system influences physical activity and sedentary behaviour at a national level.
5.
Explore and critique the impact of public policy, individual and population-level interventions on promoting physical activity and reducing sedentary behaviour.
