Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:
1.
Ability to apply acquired knowledge to a broad range of situations; ability to extrapolate information from different media sources and use it to formulate an argument. Ability to formulate an opinion on a wide range of topics, including abstract ideas.

Ability to express themselves fluently and spontaneously; ability to formulate ideas and opinions with precision and relate these to the contribution of other people.
3.
Ability to interact with Greeks with a degree of fluency and spontaneity in accordance with socio-cultural differences. Participation in an intercultural dialogue with the Greek world.
4.
Ability to understand longer, more complex, factual and literary texts and films to appreciate distinctions of style.
5.
Ability to work as part of a team in class discussions and debates.
6.
Write argumentative and evaluate texts on studied topics and films using correct language structures.

Learning activities
