On successful completion you will be able to:
1.
Critically analyse how human rights are addressed in social work practice.
2.
Analyse the impact of the law on social work practice and the role and responsibilities of social work practitioners using a conceptual framework.
3.
Evaluate case materials by the application of an ethical decision-making framework.
4.
Critically analyse conflicts between competing legal, ethical and human rights principles and their impact on social workers and their practice.
