On successful completion you will be able to:

Apply appropriate engineering drawing terminology and conventions to communicate effectively with expert and non-expert audiences.

Create comprehensive 2D and 3D engineering CAD drawings that comply with current industry standards and practices by the application of advanced design principles.

Conduct detailed analysis of design models and produce accurate engineering drawings for parts and assemblies through skilled use of appropriate software tools.
4.
Apply established and innovative engineering methods to improve product design, through detailed analysis and optimization of design criteria, and product models.

Prerequisites: Must be admitted in one of the following courses: SMENC, SMENCB, SMENE, SMENEB, SMENM or SMENMB and have passed EMS5CAT
