Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Identify and discuss the common law and legislation impacting on participation in and management of sports .

Apply principles of sports law to the facts of problems.
3.
Design appropriate strategies to limit potential contravention of law relating to sport, including liability for injury.

Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of various sports law regimes and regulatory practices
