On successful completion you will be able to:

Explain and discuss the origins and structural design of the Internet insofar as it relates to cybercrime
2.
Differentiate and characterise types of cybercrime being perpetrated today and critically analyse ongoing cyber issues as they relate to the law.
3.
Critically evaluate the legal and regulatory structure within Australia and abroad, relating to cyberspace.
4.
Interpret the legal, law enforcement and regulatory challenges around dealing with cyberspace.
5.
Develop and participate in critical discussions on current cybercrime issues and threats.
