Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:
1.
Research and present understanding of critical and creative thinking and practice in personal, societal and education contexts.
2.
Locate and analyse critical and creative thinking and practices in curriculum and communicate how they contribute to learning and disciplinary knowledge in Arts, Humanities, Health and Physical Education, English and Mathematics.
3.
Evidence and apply knowledge of critical and creative thinking and practice to create inclusive integrated teaching and learning experiences for future implementation in the classroom.
4.
Design and generate effective assessment strategies, including informal and formal, diagnostic, formative and summative approaches to measure student learning in critical and creative thinking and practice.

Learning activities

You will engage in a range of activities including lectures, workshops, online learning, quizzes, and problem based learning designed to achieve and assess your performance in alignment with the subject’s intended learning outcomes. You will receive timely feedback (formal and informal) about your performance on these activities to support your learning.
