Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:
1.
Competently perform pure tone audiometry, immittance audiometry and speech audiometry testing on adult and paediatric patients.
2.
Evaluate and select appropriate clinical tests required to conduct complex audiological evaluations. Integrate information from the basic test battery and interpret results to determine the nature and level of hearing impairment.
3.
Apply advanced knowledge and skills in audiology practice demonstrating personal accountability.
4.
Competently perform paediatric screening.
