On successful completion you will be able to:

Construct, design and implement different Local Area Networks (LAN sizes

Configure and test state-of-the-art industry networking devices that meet network requirements and achieve optimal performance

Design appropriate addressing schemes to solve problems across different network sizes using different approaches
4.
Analyse and compare the operation and performance of various network protocols
5.
Employ professional skills to debug and troubleshoot errors in different LAN sizes using different methodologies.
6.
Generate a documentation for different computer networks by the application of well-developed knowledge and skill

Prerequisites: Students must be admitted in one of the following courses: SMIT, SMITB, SMITCN, SMICT, SMICTB, SMCSC, SGIT, SGCS, SMELE, SMTNE, SMCYC, SMCYL, SMCYLO , SMCYCO, SMCYB, SMCYBO, SMIOTB. Students in the following courses are not permitted to enrol: SBCS, SBIT, SBCSGT, SVCSE, SZCSC, SBITP, SBBIY.
