Critically appraise the nature and extent of influences on mental health to address constraints in negotiation of options for mental health care.

Demonstrate the role of the mental health professional in a multidisciplinary and multi-professional approach to treatment and recovery.

Critically evaluate models of care relevant to the care continuum, to inform co-constructed personalised care strategies which meet the consumer’s life needs as well as health needs.

Engage in collaborative critical reflection on mental health practice.

Learning activities

analysis of case studies and scenarios online, online skills sessions, online quizzes, written assessments and an oral presentation.
