Compare and contrast social work theories and practice when working with individuals and families, in organizations and communities in terms of working with difference

Identify how personal experiences influence understanding of what 'difference'; means and how it may contribute to creating a sense of 'difference' or 'otherness'

Describe possible strategies for engaging in culturally competent practice with diverse populations.
