On successful completion you will be able to:

Demonstrate the ability to formulate a case concept and craft effective written legal arguments.

Analyse complex factual scenarios, identify the relevant legal questions and formulate persuasive legal and factual arguments in oral and written form.

Analyse the intersection between facts and law in order to present and test evidence in a given context.

Present oral factual and legal arguments persuasively, using the appropriate courtroom etiquette and procedural skills.
5.
Identify and demonstrate the core elements of persuasive advocacy.
