BI project is created to support corporate leaders in improving decision-making based on data analysis, enhancing efficiency and productivity, leveraging prediction for Sales and Market Intelligence, maintaining competitive advantage, enabling rapid decision-making, and significantly contributing to ROI and goal improvement.
In this unit, students will have the opportunity to apply many of the aspects covered in this course through undertaking project planning, analysis, and design of real-world business intelligence systems. Students will work in small groups/teams in preparing a project plan, analysing, documenting, and presenting business intelligence information requirements. Students will also design a solution to meet those requirements, document, and present the project design as well as write a detailed report justifying the chosen design and solution
