Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Apply finance theory and methodology to research and evaluate a firm's investment, financing and dividend decisions.
2.
Replicate the activities of financial managers by applying analytical and valuation techniques and utilising appropriate digital tools and information services to address problems relating to funding and financial management of firms.
3.
Explain the implications of corporate and personal taxes on corporate financial policy and decision-making as they apply in different tax regimes, under different behavioural characteristics, and in light of different market imperfections.
