You acquire the language largely in simulated real-life situations, through an authentic and communicative approach to language learning. Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Hold a 10 minute conversation about the topics seen in class throughout the semester
2.
Understand and answer questions about simple audio texts that deal with the topics seen in class throughout the semester.
3.
Accurately utilise the vocabulary seen in class throughout the semester.
4.
Correctly apply the grammar structures seen in class throughout the semester.
5.
Write texts of up to 125 words using the range of vocabulary and grammar structures seen in class throughout the semester.

Learning activities
