Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:
1.
Analyse relevant legislation and associated standards with various management systems such as QMS; EMS; and SMS.
2.
Analyse key processes and framework for QMS, EMS and SMS and assess implications for implementation.
3.
Develop an effective QMS plan to enhance project quality at corporate and project level.
4.
Develop an effective SMS plan compliant with the relevant legislation by conducting hazard identification and risk assessment.
5.
Apply advanced process management strategies to effectively manage environmental performance issues associated with specific projects.
