Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Investigate clients' communication and/or swallowing using high level cognitive, communicative and observational skills recognizing both typical and pathological function.

Analyse, interpret and communicate clinical data, diagnostic and prognostic conclusions to specialist and non-specialist audiences effectively.

Critically review and synthesise complex information and justify professional decisions to plan and deliver ethically sound, evidence-based intervention.

Communicate professional knowledge effectively to plan and evaluate effective and client appropriate interventions.
