Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Analyse and apply the relevant legislation and provide advice to a client regarding a claim against an estate.

Ascertain a testator's instructions to create a Will by receiving, considering and implementing instructions.
3.
Critically discuss the formalities required to make a valid will, the administration of the estate of a deceased person and the rules of construction.
4.
Demonstrate enhanced knowledge of legal practice, through participation, observation, research, and reflection, on their practical experience.
5.
Demonstrate enhanced communication skills in a legal environment.
