In this subject you will be given an opportunity to further explore the importance of evidenced based care in health care and you will be encouraged to generate ways of thinking and critique wider health practice to form the foundation for future health practice evolutions. You will look at ways to use health care data in a systematic way and use quality improvement tools and techniques. It will consolidate knowledge on the disease process, public health approaches and understanding of interdisciplinary practice environments in the acute, sub-acute, mental health, paediatric, aged care residential and community settings.
Capstones provide students with a way of integrating and applying knowledge and skills gained throughout their course.
