In this subject, you will explore concepts and tools for the management and analysis of data. This subject will provide you with training in data management, analysis, interpretation, and result presentation. You will use analytical software and perform quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis, which will help execute your honours research project. This subject will allow you to gain practical experience in interpreting the outcome of data analysis and learn how to present data to effectively communicate your findings.

Develop a plan for data management and apply data analysis approaches in health research based on a systematic understanding of appropriate analytical techniques.

Use appropriate software to support data management and conduct data analysis.

Apply appropriate data presentation skills to effectively communicate research findings

Data analysis using relevant software; presentation and interpretation of data analysis output. Face-to-face and online tutorials and self-paced unscheduled online activities.
