Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Critically reflect on different models of continuous quality improvement and how they are applied to podiatry practice in the health care system.
2.
Work collaboratively to apply the principles of project management in the design of quality improvement projects.
3.
Implement and evaluate projects in teams, within an allocated time frame as determined by project plans.
4.
Work collaboratively, to critically reflect on the outcomes of projects in terms of effectiveness, sustainability and recommendations for the future.
5.
Communicate project processes and outcomes as a team, to a range of stakeholders.
