In this subject, you will apply your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, exercise prescription, cultural safety and professional behaviour to appropriately assess and treat patients with peripheral musculoskeletal conditions. Client-centred models of clinical reasoning will be used as a framework to plan your physiotherapy management. You will learn through a series of case studies, including clients across the lifespan and from a variety of backgrounds who present with fractures, joint replacements and peripheral soft tissue conditions.
