Subject intended learning outcomes

On successful completion you will be able to:

Contribute to a team and apply discipline-specific knowledge and skills in order to provide safe and effective exercise-related interventions in collaboration with clients and supervisors.

Communicate knowledge and ideas clearly and coherently with peers and clients in a variety of settings.
3.
Critically review the skills and attributes required for employment in sport and exercise science
4.
Critically review personal performance to identify professional strengths and weaknesses and develop plans for improvement
5.
Apply professional behaviour in accordance with Exercise and Sports Science Australia's Code of Professional Practice and Ethical Conduct as an entry level practitioner.

Learning activities

You will engage in a range of activities including placement, lectures and various assessments designed to achieve and assess your performance in alignment with the subject’s intended learning outcomes. You will receive timely feedback (formal and informal) about your performance on these activities to support your learning.
